Hi - searching under "*.jpg", I found almost 6000 photos compared to the
3,000 I expected. VIEWS > DETAILS then a sort by TITLE, revealed that
almost every photo was displayed under the search results twice. I've
checked all details displayed under the column headings, such as size, file,
location, date modified, author, etc, and all the details are identical. If
I go to the location however, only one thumbnail appears. So I feel it's a
display issue. Similarly, in DETAILS, when I delete one of the two displayed
photos named, say, "aaa", so that only one "aaa" should be left, and then
re-run the search for photos with "aaa" in the title, in fact none are found
at all! XP+SP3, with both Faststone Image Viewer and Arcsoft Photo
Impression 6 installed - maybe thats it? Bigger issues in life, I know, but
as ever, all help gratefully received!
