Zoom....
The drag handles should appear when you
check the box: 'Specify start and end position
of motion'. Are the drag handles completely
missing on the "Motion and Duration" screen?
If_yes_I would suspect an issue with your
Video Driver. It may be worth a try to reduce
your Graphics Hardware Acceleration. The

Thanks again John. By 'drag handles' I assume you mean the double ended arrows or crossed double ended arrows. Yes they appear but when I try to drag either from the edge or corner, it sometimes will not drag or else it very reluctantly struggles to drag, but then only slightly. I did reduce the Graphics Hardware Acceleration. Seems it must be my driver.
